How long will my service take?

Most individual services take upto an hour to carry out. Data recovery and virus removal can take longer, as well as WiFi improvement and complicated audio-visual setup. Our prices reflect the estimated time taken for the service in question.

What do I need to do before my visit?

Please ensure you have a working internet connection and power, in addition to any peripherals you'd like the technician to connect to your device. You'll also need your WiFi passwords and passwords to any software/accounts you need set up or connected.

Do you charge extra for next-day?

Our charge is exactly the same whether your require the service on a next-day basis or at a later date.
